Beaver Mountain and skiing have been synonymous since the 1930s. Great snow, good terrain, and a friendly atmosphere, combined with enthusiastic and dependable employees, create the setting for an enjoyable and healthy work environment. We are looking for motivated individuals who can help provide this experience for our skiers and boarders, who understand the value of service and have a love of the outdoors.   • Office Assistant

    Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Responsibilities include advising guests regarding lesson options, registering students for lessons, assigning instructors to lessons, keeping records of lessons and instructor commissions and maintaining rosters, and other general office tasks. Excel and an online office management system are used. Work 3-5 days a week. Must work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout the season.

  • Ski and Snowboard Instructors

  • Café

  • Chairlift Attendants

    Payment:
    $9.00 per hour - includes transportation to and from work & a season ski pass.

    Part/Full-Time:
    Both Available. Includes day, night, and weekend hours.

    Duties include assisting in operation of chairlift, checking tickets, ensuring guest safety, shoveling snow, and interacting with guests. All chairlift attendant duties are performed outside. You may be called to help in other departments as the need arises.

  • Ski & Snowboard Technicians

    $9.00 per hour per hour - includes transportation to and from work & a season ski pass.

    Part/Full-Time:
    Both Available. Includes day, night, and weekend hours.

    Duties include fitting guests with rental equipment, ski/board maintenance, and retail sales. Must have excellent customer service, and communication skills. Positive attitude and smiles required. Must be able to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment. Experience preferred, but NOT required. Training will be provided. Duties also include assisting the custodian in keeping restrooms clean and stocked throughout the day. Expect to work Holidays and Weekends.

  • Custodian

    Cleans public areas & restrooms. Helps with other tasks such as bussing tables, removing trash, and shoveling snow.

  • Parking Attendant

    Employee will work in the parking lot during high traffic times directing cars to available parking stalls. Required workdays are Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays through March. Hours will be 8 a.m. until approximately 11 a.m. but are traffic dependent. Interested applicants need to turn in completed application at the Logan office or the ticket office at the mountain.

Appearance Requirements

The employees are an essential part of the Beaver Mountain experience and personal appearance is of utmost importance.

  • Some positions require company-provided uniforms, which must be worn while on duty. All clothing (including uniforms), must be kept neat and clean. Employee must wear identification badge (provided by company) while on duty.
  • Hair must be kept neat and clean. Mustaches and beards are acceptable as long as they are kept clean and neatly trimmed.
  • Visible body piercing is not allowed with the exception of acceptable earrings.

A completed application is required as well as an interview with a Beaver Mountain representative. Interviews will take place towards the end of November or early December.
