Season Pass After Purchase Tips

I purchased my pass and/or rentals. Now What!

How do I get my pass?

The RFID cards are being printed and will arrive during the summer.  At this point, we are not sure if we will mail the passes or have you stop at the office to pick your pass up.  We will send out an email in the fall letting you know the decision.  We will also post it on the homepage under News & Events once we have made the decision. Thanks for your patience.   

How do I access my account?

You can access your account at any time by clicking here or on the my account link on the homepage located in the lower right corner of the screen.   Once logged in, click on the person icon in the upper right corner, above the cart icon. 

How do I see what I purchased?

Follow the steps to access your account.  After clicking on the icon in the upper right corner, you can select Purchases from the menu on the left side of the screen. Click on the Order in the center of the screen. 

How do I upload my picture and the pictures of my family?

Follow the steps to access your account.  For the main account holder, you will see an option to upload or update your profile picture.  For any dependents or additional passes, please click on  My Purchases from the menu on the left side of the screen.  A list of your orders will show up in the center of the screen.  Click on your order and scroll to the bottom of the screen to see the links to upload the photos.  We know this is not a very friendly way to access the photos nor is there a way to update photos for dependents at this time. This is being worked on and will be better soon.  For anyone not comfortable uploading a photo, you are always welcome to come into the Logan office once we open in the fall to have your picture taken!

How do I make a payment if I'm on the payment plan?

Payments will automatically be charged to the card you have on file on the 15th of each month.  The final payment is set for November 15, 2020.  If you would like to make one or more payements ahead of schedule, follow the instructions above to access your account and see what you purchased.  After clicking on your order, you will see a breakdown of the payments remaining.  You can select any of the payments to pay off at any time.  There is no penalty to make an early payment. 

Can I change the date of my payment?

Unfortunately, no. The only way to pay on a different day is to follow the instructions above and make the payment ahead of schedule.  You can chose any date prior to the 15th to do this.  

Purchased season rentals?

As we get closer to the season, typically November, days will be designated for season rental pickups.  Dave, the ski shop manager, will send an email with the dates he and his staff will be at the mountain handing out season rental equipment.  The information will also be on Facebook, Instagram, and posted under News & Events on the homepage once the dates have been designated.  Feel free to email Dave with any questions or concerns regarding your season rental,
